UPDATE 12/24: Our temporary office is now open and payments can be processed onsite. Power to the facility and our gate entry pad have also been restored. However, for safety and security reasons gate access will be limited from 6 A.M.- 9 P.M. Monday through Sunday until demolition is completed. Management will be onsite during normal office hours going forward.

November 11, 2025

Our facility experienced a fire on the evening of November 11, 2025, damaging a significant portion of our main building (C). We are extremely thankful there were no injuries reported to us.

We are forever indebted to the countless individuals on the Oakland County, Rochester Hills & Troy Police and Fire Rescue teams, American Red Cross and all other units involved to locate, contain and extinguish the fire as expertly as possible as well as keeping everyone safe in the process. We are working hard with investigation teams and our insurance company to ensure we can provide answers and next steps to all who are impacted. We will continue to leave updates here as we learn more. From our family to yours, we ask for prayers and positive thoughts as we navigate this difficult situation.
