UPDATE 11/25: Building C investigations are set to continue through the week of 12/08. We hope to get the necessary clearance to offer access to reclaim property ASAP following. We appreciate your patience as everyone is working as quickly as possible to ensure safety is maintained when we are able to fully open our gate.

UPDATE 11/21: Our grounds have been cleared with precautions for tenants to enter and access all buildings except building C. Due to safety and security requirements while scheduled investigations are currently underway, the gate will ONLY be in operation Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm until power is restored to the facility. 

November 11, 2025

Our facility experienced a fire on the evening of November 11, 2025, damaging a significant portion of our main building (C). We are extremely thankful there were no injuries reported to us.

We are forever indebted to the countless individuals on the Oakland County, Rochester Hills & Troy Police and Fire Rescue teams, American Red Cross and all other units involved to locate, contain and extinguish the fire as expertly as possible as well as keeping everyone safe in the process. We are working hard with investigation teams and our insurance company to ensure we can provide answers and next steps to all who are impacted. We will continue to leave updates here as we learn more. From our family to yours, we ask for prayers and positive thoughts as we navigate this difficult situation.
